On June 4-6, 2010, the Scouts of
Troop72.com joined hundreds of other
Scouts from the Chippewa Valley Council as the Boy Scouts hosted a
Blue Angels Air Show camporee at the Eau Claire airport. Once again,
as he did in Sept. 2008,
Blue Angels pilot Lt. Frank Weissner joined the Scouts
at their campfire Saturday night, and talked about how Scouting helped
him prepare for his career at the Naval Academy, as a fighter jet
pilot, and as a Blue Angels pilot.
