On May 13-15, 2005, boys from Troop72.com of the Boy Scouts of America spent another great weekend backpacking the Ice Age Trail in Chippewa County. This time they trekked the path that passes Firth Lake, and ends up at the Chippewa River. This provided them a glimpse for the new trail that is to be blazed this month by Ben Arneberg for his Eagle project.
